With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Watkins (Monroe, Michigan), born in Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on August 16, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sons, James Earl and Harold Watkins; her sisters, Flora Lee, Hannah Edwards and Virginia Zurakov; and her parents, Joseph T. and Vergin Perkins Spicer.

She is survived by: her children, Franklin L. Watkins (Carol) of Monroe, William Patrick Watkins of Toledo, Charlene Henschel of Gregory and Sandra Noe of Ontario. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
