He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Bent Perry and Artie "Peg" G. Perry; his children, Bert R. Heath and Norma Jean Heath; and his siblings, Ralph Thornton Heath, Hazen Junior Heath and Pollyann Elizabeth Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Brent R Heath and Holly Marie Loope; and his grandchildren, Glen Loope, Jason Loope, Ashley Loope, Phillip Heath, Bradley Heath, Scott Evans, Salina Evans and Katlyne Heath. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
