He is survived by: his father Gary McNeil Sr. Loving; and his siblings, Richard McNeil (Marie), Gary McNeil Jr. (Jennifer), Brian McNeil (Lori), Mike McNeil (Missy), Jason McNeil and Kristie Boring (Rene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as many many friends.
