As Marjorie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Marjorie. Though Marjorie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Willing and Velma Willing (Bonnough); her husband David L. DeLong; and her sister Clara Eberhart. She is survived by: her children, Michael Holt (Ruth) of Maybee, Debra Harris of South Carolina and Cynthia Hemry (Frank Radosevich) of Monroe; and her pet Rascal. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (2345 S Custer Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery (826 E 4th St, Monroe, MI 48161).
