It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena Mae Keck of Monroe, Michigan, born in Harrogate, Tennessee, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Moss" Brittain and Nola Brittain (Cosby); her husband James "Norm" Keck; her siblings, Luke and Lila Pope; and her close friend Ruth Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy S.; her son-in-law Gene Mason of Monroe; her grandchildren, Michele Schmalzel (David) of Monroe, Rachele Donofrio (Mark) of Monroe and Molly Sheridan (James) of Monroe; her great grandchildren, Nick, Ally, Charleston, Jack and Sydney; her stepsons, David Keck (Judy) of Monroe and Steven Keck (Nancy) of Fowlerville, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Annie Brittain of Carleton and Pete Pope of Monroe. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
