She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Oetting and Julia E. Oetting (Smith); and her brother David Oetting. She is survived by: her son Joseph H. "Joey" Komer III of Monroe; and her siblings, Nancy Pirritano (Thomas) of Ellicott City, MD, Wayne Oetting (Debra) of Athens, TN and Michael Oetting (Sandra) of Monroe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Kim's honor may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
