He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Manger and Orleana Manger (Montri); and his siblings, Phil Manger, Marvel Felder and Mike Manger.
He is survived by: his brothers, John Manger (Margaret) of Monroe and James Manger (Boo-Soon "Mickey") of Bowling Green, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Knight of Columbus Councill (202 W Front St, Monroe, MI 48161).
