He is survived by: his wife Bonnie S. McKenzie; his close friend Linda Brown; his children, David G. McKenzie (Elaine) and Angela McKenzie; his sisters, Grace Richter (Jack) and Ruth Johnson; and his grandchildren, John L., Mariah M. and Larry McKenzie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
