He is survived by: his wife Heather Ivey; his children, John R. Ouellette (Stephanie), Britany Caswell, Zack Jondro, Miles Ouellette and Kelton Ouellette; his stepson James Boudrie; his grandchildren, Jayden, Jarret, Jezlyn, Oriyn and Devin; and his siblings, Gloria Gerhardi, Cheryl Livermore, Andrew Ouellette and Tug Kenneth Ouellette.
