She was predeceased by: her sisters, Susie, Julie and Amie. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Fields; her daughters, Holly Lee (Richard) and Amanda Spooneybarger (Mike); her sisters, Diane and Debbie; and her grandchildren, Chloe and Morgan.
