It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Marlene Claiborne of Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stockard and Edna Stockard (Thomas); her husbands, Kennth Hill Sr. and Charles Claiborne; and her siblings, Bernice Graves, Joann Bomia, Shirley Laney, Margaret "Patsy" Black and William "Billie" Stockard.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Kelley of Monroe, Pamela Hill of Monroe, Kenneth A. Hill Jr. of Monroe and Tony Lynn Hill of Pearland, Texas; her grandchildren, Brandy Kelley (Chris Welliver), Jerry Kelley (Gretchen), Angie Hill (Bryan Flatford), Jessica Hill, Tristan Hill, Matthew Hill and Sydney Hill; and her great grandchildren, Leo Bashi, Wyatt Lee and Malikai Flatford.
