She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. Sullivan and Eleanor L. Sullivan (Thomas); her husband Lonny W. Rafko; her son Nick; her grandson Gabriel; and her brothers, Jim and Harry "Buddy" Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Kaye Lani Rae Rafko (Chuck), Wilson of Monroe, Kimberly L. Rafko (William), Caldwell and Paul M. Rafko (Teisha) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Alana Rae Garant (Tony), Joseph, Lucas and Riley Mary; her great grandchildren, Ivy Elizabeth and Savannah Rae; and her brothers, Jerry Sullivan (Judy), John Sullivan and Joseph Sullivan (Gerry).
