She was predeceased by: her parent Tokushiro Hayasaka; her husband Clyde David Skinner; her former husband James Rouleau; her son David Rouleau; and her stepdaughter Lisa Peters.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Anthon (Larry) of Fayetteville, NC, Lois Greer of Plano, TX, Marcia Fincher (Keith) of St. Augustine, FL, Joseph Rouleau (Jackie) of Greenville, TX, Donna Abraham (Larry) of Dundee, MI, Thomas Rouleau (Frankie) of Winterset, IA, Nancy Heck (Bill) of Monroe, John Rouleau (Leticia) of Westfield, IN and Marlene Langerman (Michael Sherman) of Monroe; her stepson David Skinner Jr. of Monroe; and her brothers, Seizo Shinzai, Tadao Shinzai of Japan and Shigezo Shinzai of California. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
