He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Seabolt and Geraldine Seabolt (Norton); and his brother James Seabolt. He is survived by: his sibling Kim Maddox (Mark); his nieces, Jennifer Duvall (Krissy), Traci Haube (Brent), Staci Sachs (Ryan) and Mindy Ely (Steve); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Damien, Logan, Kalynn, Joseph, Kyle, Lillionna, Landin, Brooklyn and Makenna.
In lieu of flowers, the Seabolt family has asked for any donations to contribute toward funeral costs.
