She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Runyon and Marcile Runyon (Nixon); her husband Karl Koths; her siblings, Charles "Bud" Runyon and Judith Reece; and her son-in-law Ken Domansky.
She is survived by: her children, Carol, Michael Richards (Kathleen), Scott Richards (Brenda), Laura Atkins (Bob), Lauren Richards, Jeff Richards (Renee) and David Koths (Tracey); and also Colin James. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
