He was predeceased by: his father Gary Robert Jennings, Sr.; his grandparents, Thelma Mrock and Roy Jennings; and his uncles, Charles Jennings and Herbert Guy.

He is survived by: his mother Karen Jacobs, Jr. (Robert); and his siblings, Kim Patton (Mickey), Kelly Richard (Shane) and Adam Jennings (Kim).

Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
