He is survived by: his wife Kathy Welch; his daughters, Melissa Atkinson-Sperr (Shaun) and Andrea Welch; his grandchildren, Kaeleigh, Thomas, William, Ella Atkinson, Jastin Kyles, Chloe and Ava Sperr; his son-in-law James Atkinson; and his siblings, Jim Welch, Jerry Welch (Pam) and Jackie Deaton (Bill).
A reception was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Service (14567 S Dixie Hwy, Monroe Charter Twp, MI 48161).
