He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Morton Watters Sr. and Pauline Watters (Sexton); his brother Charles; his sister-in-law Linda Watters; his brother Milo Watters; his brothers-in-law, Ron Gorski and Tony Grancitelli; and his father-in-law Joseph Behers Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Watters of Monroe; his children, Alisha Cooley (Kyle) of Monroe, Francis Joel Watters (Julie) of Monroe and Christopher Watters (Melissa) of Swartz Creek, Michigan; his sisters, Sylvia Gorski, Sandra Robinson (Dan), Karen Greer (Mike) and Mary Grancitelli; his sister-in-law Sherry Watters; his mother-in-law Suzanne Behers; and his aunts, Mary Jo Noble and Doris Stein.
A reception was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Service (2442 N Monroe St, Monroe, MI 48162).
