We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2023, at the age of 82, Francis Irine Kelley of Monroe, Michigan, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Nunn and Mollie Holland (Holland); her son Lewis "Rocky" Kelley; and her siblings, Roy Nunn, Vaughn Nunn, Louise Burton and Sandra Nunn.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Klatt (Richard) and Jason Gray; her grandchildren, Christopher Kelley, Richard Klatt Jr., Robert Lee Klatt, Cloe Irine Klatt and Kaia Lynch; and her siblings, Peggy, David, Gary, Susie, Micki, Ronnie, Jeff and Sara. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
