She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Vito Cusumano of Monroe, Kris Neubar (Chip) of Canton, MI and Sam Cusumano, Jr. (Melissa) of Madison, WI; her siblings, Sandra Miskovic (Ed) of Gilberts, IL, Sebastian Verhoeven (Gennie) of Simi, CA, Charles Verhoeven (Bernie) of Green Bay, WI, Thomas Verhoeven of Indianapolis, IN, Maria Verhoeven of Royal Oak, MI, Janice Comstock (Hod) of Tucson, AZ, Roberta Brenton (Bruce) of Monroe and Dorothy Jackowski (Mike) of Monroe; and her grandchildren, Olivia Cusumano, Sarah Neubar, Anna Cusumano and Gianna Cusumano.
