Ervin; his children, Richard Sammons (Sandy) of Monroe, Angie M. White (Tony) of Dundee, Samantha Cousino (Anthony) of Newport, Cindy Skaggs of Monroe, Bonnie Sammons of Oak Hill, OH and Connie Lawson (Terry) of Amherst, OH; his sister Frieda Maddix of Firebrick, KY; and his grandchildren, Correy Rouse Zelenka, Shelby Sammons, Britney Cousino-Moore, Halle Sammons, Zakary Sharp, Emma Cousino, Charity Sammons, Jakob Sharp, Elizabeth Cousino, Harmonee Sammons, Anthony Cousino, Ella White and Alivia Sammons. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
