With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald R. Phillips of Monroe, Michigan, born in Belleville, Michigan, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bennie Phillips and Phyllis Phillips (Trout); his children, Denise, Jessica, Melissa, Donnie Jr., Benjamin and Constance; his siblings, Johnnie, Bonnie and Marlene; and his grandmother Marie Smith. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; one great grandson.
