He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Watkins and Mabel Watkins (Stock); and his siblings, Ozzie, Kenny, Gene, Peg Shilliday, Wanda Grancitelli and Anna Jacobs.

He is survived by: his wife Lou of Paul's United Methodist Church; his sons, Greg A. Watkins (Kristin) of Polebridge, MT and Kurt H. Watkins (Angela) of Buckeye, AZ; his grandchildren, Christopher (Kim), Calie (Jarrod), Collin, Emily and Kathleen; and his great grandchild Wyatt.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
