He was predeceased by: his brother Rick Markiewicz; and his nephew John Michael Markiewicz, III. He is survived by: his brother John Markiewicz (Daria); his nephews, Ricky Markiewicz (Nicole) and William Markiewicz; his niece Laura Markiewicz; and his great-nephew Sam Markiewicz.
