He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Jo Moutoux; his parents, Charles Moutoux and Kathleen Moutoux; and his brother Richard Moutoux. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Williams, Charles Henry Peter (Michelle), Edward Richard Frank (Rachel), David John "Jack" (Rachel), Mary Helen Tayce (Bryan), Louis Templeton, Francis Heinrichs (Tracey) and Robert Sellerd (Taiy); his grandchildren, Andrea Dorothy Barnhill, Jeanette Geraldine Williams, Jordan Ray Tayce, Morgan Ray Tayce, Kenny Ray Joseph Tayce, Taylor Ray Tayce, Nicole AnnMarie Moutoux-Bates, Jacob Edward Moutoux, Noah David Moutoux and Emma J. Smith; and his sister Dawn Wolkenfeld. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
