He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia; and his siblings, Will Dafney, Henry Dafney, Aron Dafney, Ellis Dafney, Howard Dafney, Joe Dafney, Sophia Briggs and Katie Richards.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis Dafney, Jr. (Michelle), Deborah Nash, Jacqueline A. Dafney, Rosie Dafney-Ayler, Tanika Dafney-Ejimadu and Davidle Dafney; and his siblings, Kathleen Dafney and Arthur Dafney. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren.
