He was predeceased by: his sister Della; and his granddaughter Olivia Cristine Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Hall; his daughters, Dawn M. Bacon, Michelle R. Meeks (Mark), Aileen R. Hale (Donney) and Vanessa A. Hall; his sisters, Zella M. Raines (Harold) and Wilma Nartker, Jr. (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Nichole M. Bacon, Caleb Hale (Rebecca), Mackenzie Hale, Jeffery Meeks and Caitlyn Meeks.
