He was predeceased by: his father William Young Howard, Sr.; and his stepson Haithem Alsawalha. He is survived by: his mother Betty Harless Howard of Valley Ridge, Covington; his wife Kristen Smith Howard of Toledo, OH; his children, Lily Howard of Toledo, Shay Costello of San Antonio, TX and William Young "Trey" Howard III (Ashley) of Delaware, OH; his stepchildren, Laith, Alia, Adam and Ryan; his siblings, Terri Allen (Danny) of Valley Ridge, Ginny Shaw (Nathan) and Robert Thomas "Bob" Howard (Candi) of Covington; and his grandchildren, Addilyn Howard and Delaney Howard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The military honors was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Park.
