She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Koszykowski and Phyllis Koszykowski (Encapera); her husband Norman J. DuVall; her son Robert John DuVall; and her brother Carl Kos.

She is survived by: her daughter Christine Notario of Monroe; her grandchildren, Andrew Notario (Jordan) of Toledo, OH, Abigail Notario (Brandon Wilson) of Monroe and Elizabeth Notario of Monroe; and her great grandchildren, Bennett Wilson and Henry Notario.
