We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 91, Alex Joseph Kocsis of Monroe, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Kocsis and Theresa Kocsis (Kadar); his children, Lorraine Kocsis and Wayne Kocsis; and his half-brother Julius Zapko.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Roof; and his children, Wanda Raiford (Ralph) of Ann Arbor, MI, Gary Kocsis of Belleville, MI and Denise Egland (Roger) of Venice, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
