He is survived by: his children, Ilise Eldridge of Athens, Lora Maher of Canton, Georgia, Karla Eldridge of Columbus, Gretchen DeLong of Valdosta, Georgia, Edie Eldridge of Baytown, Texas and Jan Eldridge of Athens; his spouse Nancy Balkema McDaniel of Athens, OH.; his sons, Saxon Eldridge and Sebastian Eldridge; his wife Kate Gill of Cleveland; and also Alexandra Eldridge (Devlin) of Santa Fe.
