We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2023, at the age of 85, Marie Elizabeth Lempea of Mohawk, Michigan, born in Laurium, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lempea and Effie Lempea (Lampela). She is survived by: her son Sean; her grandchildren, Tami of Mississippi, Erica of Iron Mountain and Sean Jr. (Sarah) of Missouri; and her cousin Carolyn Ziemnick of Bootjack.

Memorials may be given to the Calumet United Methodist Church.
