He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Drake and Marie Drake; and his brothers, Wally Antkowiak, Jerry Antkowiak and Frank Gawronski.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Drake of Mio, MI; his children, Thomas Edward Drake (Virginia) of Fairview, MI, Doreen Catherine Drake of Roseville, MI and Marie Lynn Drake of Madison Heights, MI; and his sister Doreen Emerson of Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
