She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Dobat and Glenwood Dobat (Stickney); her husband Alfred B. Collins; and her sisters, Marjorie and Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Sharits (Greg), Todd (Pam), Barry (Michael) and Brooke; her grandchildren, Nicole (Paul), Sarah, Elizabeth, Melissa, Cody and Victoria (Brent); her great grandchildren, Angelica, Caiden, Cascity, Zowee, Bryson, Madelynn and Sawyer; her great great grandchildren, Xavier and Sofia; her siblings, Marilyn Burnham and Ralph Dobat; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Deshelter (Dave).
