He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Bukowski. He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy Anderson (Randy) and Bonnie Reinke (Dennis); his niece Morgan; his fiancée Dawn Harwood; and his daughters, Nicole Duemler (Jason) and Kristy Delaney (Joe).
