He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Leroy Kelch, Sr.; and his children, Joshua Aaron Kelch and Amber Renee Kelch. He is survived by: his wife Rita Ann Kelch of Mio, MI; his mother Alvina Jean Kelch of Port Huron, MI; his children, Ernest III, Amanda, Steven and Nicholas; his grandchildren, Tanner Reckart, Leon Kelch and Zayla Kelch; and his siblings, Ranae "Rae" Dallas, Rodney "Rod" Kelch, Kimberly "Sis" Spencer (Rick Ostrander) and Kelly Kelch. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
