He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Webb and Rita Webb (Powers); his grandson Cortez Christopher Webb-Hall; and his sister Jean Stuart. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Webb of Jerome, Morgan Webb of Ypsilanti and Mary Webb of Tecumseh; and his siblings, Carol Luttrell (Ken), Bob Webb (Linda), Joan Briggs (Paul), Beth Eggleston (Kevin), Janet Webb, Karen Webb and David Webb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
