He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles A. Fishell and Doris J. Fishell (Hayward); and his sister Vanessa Fishell. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Fishell; his children, Michael Phetteplace (Robin), Steve Fishell, Dawn Williams-Campbell (Dennis), Miranda Fishell-McQuiston (Walter) and Christine Abfalter (Robert); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
