He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Dora Lewis (Montle); and his son Jason Caruthers. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his daughter Jolee Robinson (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Andrew Robinson (Leah), Grace Robinson and Ava Robinson.
