He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Coutcher and Esther Coutcher (Simmons); and his siblings, Charles, Larry Coutcher, Connie Fredricks and Paula Cooper.
He is survived by: his significant other Deb Kern; his children, Crystal Figard, Tommy Coutcher Jr., Shaun Hansen, Tami Hansen, Laura Lacy and Brittany Hayes (Kam); his grandchildren, Jacob Figard, Brady Coutcher, Wyatt Figard, Robert Abbott, Jacob Eidson, Logan Eidson, Destanie Hansen, Brenden Eidson, Quinten Hansen and Cambrie Mae; and his siblings, Terry (Penny), Russ, Mike Coutcher, Sherry Cox (Jim), Pamela Coutcher and Lana Hart (Dennis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as extended family and friends.
