He is survived by: his parent Janet Kowitz; his significant other Connie Smeaton; his children, Teresa Elzerman (Tony), Rick Kowitz (Stephanie), Melanie Stacey (William) and Gary Smeaton; his grandchildren, Brittney, Nathaniel, Jasmine, Dylan, Emily, Cole, Brynn, Riley and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Parker and Miah; and his siblings, Christine Joles (Robert), Dan Kowitz (Judy) and John Kowitz (Tammy).
