He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimer Jakubczak and Amelia Jakubczak. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Jakubczak; his children, Tina Trosper (Paul), Tammy Coyle (Jerry), Tracie Kean (Steve) and Ronald Matthew Jakubczak (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Elaina Sontag (Jordan), Arron Trosper, Kennedy Kean, Addison Kean, Samantha Kean, Carson Kean, Bradyen Jakubczak and Charlotte Jakubczak; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Holley; and his sister Dody Yahn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Hanlin Funeral Home - Millington (4823 Main St, Millington, MI 48746). A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church (334 Division St, Vassar, MI 48768).
