He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ramsey and Eleanor Ramsey (Wirgau); his son William Ramsey (Bill); and his brothers, Ronald Ramsey, Charles and Leo Ramsey.
He is survived by: his spouse Miss Leona Batrow; and his sisters, Lois Kowalewsky and Beverly Grulke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
