She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hock and Florence Hock; and her brothers, Phillip and David Hock. She is survived by: her husband Harold Van Zandt; her children, Joseph Van Zandt (Linda), Patricia Van Zandt, Pamela Kelley (Daryl) and Debbie Phelps (Jimmy); her sisters, Sally Hall, Neta Macaig, Edna Yacks, Noma Brown and Onalee Williams; and her friends, Lesa, Nick, Judy and Larry. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
