He is survived by: his close friend Terry Morrish; his stepdaughter Christina; his siblings, Margie, Terry Cook (Bill) and Mike; his grandchildren, Kayla and Jordan (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Harlow, Jude and Charlie.
