She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Haines and Mary Haines; her husband H. Duane McCurdy; and her brother Donald Haines. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Lince (Gary), Darrel (Carla) and David; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine DeClute, Janice Fowler and Mary Haines. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
