He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Wagner and Leone Wagner; his brother Jerry Degeer; his nephew Scott Sierko; and his nieces, Laura Ireland, Carrie Degeer and Micky Sadlowski.
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his daughters, Tracey (Wagner), Kim (Wagner) and Deb (Wagner); his grandchildren, Connor, Sophia, Ethan Prokos, Natasha Jones (Gamet), Nolan Gamet, Quinn Tyson, Carly (Tyson) and Tyler Collins; his great grandchild Parker Joy Collins; and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Depew-Marcussen, Mark, Dennis Sierko, Stacy Setlak, Lisa McGuiggen, Cathy Link, Jeff Link and Alec Sierko.
