He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Zandt and Rose Van Zandt (Lear); and his wife Miss Phyllis Hock. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Van Zandt (Linda), Patricia Van Zandt, Pamela Kelly and Debbie Phelps; his siblings, Lilly Gasman, Teresa Spivey (Gary) and Bill Van Zandt; his close friends, Larry, Judy and Lesa Youngren; and also Nick Loomis. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
