He was predeceased by: his parent Marlon Proctor; and his son Dale. He is survived by: his parent Florence Proctor (Bennett); his spouse Miss Phyllis Weiler; his children, George A. Proctor Jr., Tracy Schlis and Mark Proctor; his sister-in-law Erwin Proctor; his sibling Janet Hampel; and also, Pat Proctor, Flett Proctor and John Hampel. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two brothers.
