She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harbin and Doris Harbin. She is survived by: her husband Aaron M. Skinner; her children, Tara P. Sinnott, Shawn Sinnott (Ashley Presley), Amanda Turner (Blair) and Aaron C. Skinner (Angel Shaw); her grandchildren, Jillian, Megan, Jackson, Finn, Atlas and Elliana; and her sisters, Opal and Louann. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
